We had a great experience with Bear Attic Specialists from start to finish. Mark & the team were professional, easy to deal with, and kept the process smooth the whole way through. The team did a thorough job and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend their services!

We had Bear convert our attic a few weeks ago and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Everyone who came through the door was very skilled & experienced and so friendly. The plastering work in particular is top class.
Communication from start to finish was clear, concise & questions were always answered in a timely manner. The attic was completed in just over two weeks.
Yes, the rubbish was put in the garden but it was collected regularly and given how competitive Bear are, it really didn’t bother us.
We still have some decorating to do but I was keen to share some photos to reassure others considering using Bear.
We are delighted with the extra space. So multifunctional & every bit of space was really made use of.

I recently had my attic converted by Bear Attic, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. From the very first consultation, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and transparent about the entire process. What stood out most was their commitment to timelines true to their policy, the job was completed in exactly 10 working days, with no delays or excuses.

The craftsmanship is outstanding. Every detail of the conversion was handled with precision, turning an unused space into a functional and beautifully finished part of my home. The team worked efficiently, kept the site tidy, and communicated clearly throughout the project, which gave me complete peace of mind.

Bear Attic has exceeded my expectations, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering an attic conversion. If you’re looking for reliability, top-quality workmanship, and a team that delivers on their promises, Bear Attic is the company to choose.

After much research, getting quotes and conversations with attic company’s we decided to choose bear attics for our conversion. The build itself ran very smooth with everyone being very courteous to my wife and taking into account we had small children also. We are extremely pleased with the final result and have already recommended them to our neighbour who is now getting theirs done also.

5 stars is not enough for this company! My conversion is just finished and I cannot believe the space they achieved in my small attic. We had many trades men in on different days and all were clean and very respectful of my home. Any questions I had were well explained and that made me very confident in working with Bear attics. I would highly recommend them to anyone thing of converting their attic as the quality of the finished attic is better then I’d hoped for.

Recently had my attic converted by bear attics. From the word go I was so impressed with the communication, always available if I needed anything.
The workmanship was second to none. The lads were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The place was left immaculate, I could literally start decorating straight away.
Do not hesitate to use bear attics. one of the best choices I've ever made
