From the initial inquiry, calling out to quote the job when they said they would - to the final inspection, everything ran really well,

The team provided us with a schedule from the start which was a great help to us, and allowed us to plan around them - the lads always turned up when expected, and the finish was exactly what we wanted, and within our budget.

Bear attics did an exceptional
Job on converting my attic. The initial consultation was quick and was advised all our requests could be delivered. We put a stairs via our en-suite with a door from the landing and it looks great. I have to say, the space is much bigger than I thought we would get. The carpenters were all excellent and really nice guys! We recently had our attic converted by Bear Attics and overall, we were delighted with the outcome that fitted right into our budget. Lead time was quite short and completed in the time frame as planned (3 weeks) and they will work with you until you are completely happy.  We have a hip roof and were surprised how much space there was even without a gable end. Please ensure that you have a good conversation with the initial team of your requests such as extra windows and insulation requirements so you get the best value for your money.
